Narrative Story

   Chapter one

It was another normal day in the village. Henry was traveling back home from school. When he  got home henry through his bag away and headed straight to his beloved park which was just a couple of blocks away. As soon as he arrived Henry went to the swings. He was getting higher and higher then he started to come down. When he hoped of the swings he saw a friend from school he was waving for him to come and talk to him.

“Henry mate what are you doing here all alone”, said zeke . Zeke was one of those friends who are always getting into trouble and somehow you were there at that moment and you end up in trouble as well. “I'm just playing, getting some fresh air, want to go on the swings with me ?” said henry. Even though Zeke didn't want to, he said yes because he had a plan. They both pushed of and used their technique to go higher, about ten minutes later they hoped of and that's when Henry suddenly felt drowzee and sat on the yellow coated bench and fell asleep.

It took him about 2 hours to wake up but when he did he was mad he was frustrated he didn't know where he was. “ Where am I !!!!!!”   Zeke told him to shut up before he wakes up jack smith. “Where the heck am I ?”  said henry, Zeke told him that he was in jack smith's yard. Now just shut up jack smith is the most  dangerous person in this village do you know that!! .  he has taken my mother's ring and if i don't get it back by tomorrow i'm not allowed to have a birthday party. “ So can you help me?” they eventually both agreed and went to it.

“Now the plan is to through stones on his roof get the ring and leave” said Zeke. henry was the distraction he was the one throwing stones on jacks roof. Oh yea Zeke knew where the ring was it was on his display wall. Hey who’s on my  roof  then Zeke quickly got the ring and  and they escaped safe. Zeke got to have his birthday party and Henry got excellent grades. And that's` only chapter 1.

Snail Game

Today our group of 6 played a game it was called the snail game it was a maths/probability game we had numbers and everybody got 2 numbers and we had to roll the dice and whatever number the dice landed on that number at the starting line our results were.....,...

The First Round

1st =10
2nd=7
3rd=6


Second round

1st=7
2nd=9
3rd=3

The reason I think 7 6 10 was so dominant throughout both games is that 6 7 10 has  combinations with 2 dice    but the other numbers have like 2 combinations or only 1. And that's why i think 7 is the most dominant.

The reason why i think 1 is the worst number because  you cant roll it with 2 dice.

MANDARIN

Yesterday we had a Mandarin lesson with Tracy and we learned about the animals of China and how they had a race and there were 14 animals and the first twelve to get across the lake were honored and got years named after them. I was born in 2006 so my animal is the year of the dog, How ever this year it is the year of the rooster.

Yoga lesson

Yesterday our class went to a yoga session and we learned that
 it is very important to be relaxed. So our class did a
 few stretches and relaxation positions.
 my favorite part of the session was relaxing
every bone and closing our eyes and felt good .

Mandarin lesson with Tracey (lao shi) lesson 4

to the day we did our 4th Mandarin lesson and we had to make a family tree which is on the left and my favorite part of the lesson was learning the names of your mum(mama) dad(baba) , aunts(from mums side a yi = aunt, jiu jiu = uncle. Dads side shu shu =  dads younger sister ) and uncles sisters and brothers and grandparents (from mum side waigong=grandpa, wai po=grandma gfrom my mums and dads side

piranha the number one pet

Last week me and my group made a persuasive piece of writing about a piranha and why you should get one I did this with Ben Kahu Luukas and Caleb.

Have you ever wanted a pet but your parents wouldn't let you get them well now you can…? Get a piranha, yes I know they are one of the most dangerous fish in the world but no piranhas hardly attack people and it's not like you're gonna be patting it or anything. Now you don't have to throw out your scraps to just rot in your bin you can feed everything to the piranha, bones meat veggies even dead rats or mice that have died, also you don’t have to buy rubbish bags for your old rotting meat.

Reason 1: Piranhas would be a good pet because they are like a garbage eating machine inside your house.

Don't you just hate it when your cat brings in a rat or a bird? Well no more! If you get a piranha you can dispose of all of the disgusting things that get dragged in your house you can say later and just chuck them in the tank! Piranhas eat everything cow, human, rat, dog, cat, pretty much everything `300 or 500 piranhas to eat it a cow, especially red belly piranha.

Reason 2 if you have a piranha you will be the coolest kid in the whole school, .all of your friends will want to come see it. Imagine being the most popular kid in the school all thanks to your piranha fred. If you have a friend and you want them to come around tell them you have a pet piranha and you will get an easy yes!!!!! Time to step up your game and get a piranha !!!!!!!.nowwwwwwwwww.

Reason 3:  When you give piranhas food you won't end up having to empty your rubbish bags because piranhas don’t use rubbish. So it saves money for having to buy rubbish bags for all your old rotting meat. Also, you don’t have to feed the piranhas as much as you have to feed dogs, cats, and birds. Plus it won’t cost as much money to feed the piranhas as it does to feed other pets.  

kids bullying you about your pet worm or pet cockroach well fear no more get a piranha and you can be the coolest kid in the school, you will save money for buying food or other products,also you will not have to take them for walks or exercise them All you have to do right is drop your homework come to the shop and buy a piranha!!!
